Project Manager
Louise Botwright
Louise is the founder and manager of JUMP. She works with all staff and volunteers, pairing Mentors to mentees. She also organises staff and volunteer development, works with local youth services and schools to co-ordinate our service and is responsible overall for the running of the charity.
Mentor Co-ordinator
Steve Freeman
Steve works with JUMP's volunteer mentors, making sure the volunteers are happy in what they are doing. He also arranges and organises activites for our drop-in sessions, and works with young people as a mentor as well.
Mentor Support Worker
Stacey Moore
Stacey works alongside Steve in making sure all our volunteers feel supported and happy. She also works as a mentor, supervises our drop-in sessions and visits other clubs and youth organisations across Lowestoft to promote JUMP and keep young people in the town informed on what JUMP is up to.
Project Assistant
Marc Llewellyn
Marc provides administrative support, manages JUMPs website, puts together JUMPs quarterly newsletter and deals with bookings for JUMPs meeting room facilities. Marc is also a trained mentor and supervises drop-in sessions with Steve and Stacey. He also works with the volunteers in monitoring expenses and keeping everybody informed of what is going on at JUMP.
