Chief Executive Louise Botwright
Louise is the founder and manager of JUMP. She is responsible for the day to day running of the charity. She works with all the staff, volunteers and organisations to ensure everyone is happy with our service. She is responsible for staff and volunteer management along with the development of JUMP and ensuring we are providing an excellent service that involves young people every step of the way. Mentor Coordinator Melissa Botwright
Melissa coordinates our mentoring service, looking after our volunteers and young people that work with us. She ensures our service is meeting the needs of all the people that we work with and helps to oversea the running of JUMP in the absence of the Project Manager. Drop:In Coordinator Tom Garrod
Tom organises and runs JUMP's Under 18 Drop:In service on a Tuesday evening, setting up events and activities and making sure the Drop:In runs smoothly. Tom also continues his role as the Creative Arts Coordinator and manages any creative activities and promotion work that takes place in JUMP.

Youth Support Worker Reuben Joel
Reuben predominantly works as a mentor, providing one to one support to some of the vulnerable young people that we work with. Reuben also helps to supervise the Drop:In and has also taken the lead role in developing drug & alcohol misuse support for young people.

Youth Support Worker Keziah Smith
Like Reuben, Keziah provides one to one support with the young people that we work with. She also helps out with the adminstration side of things and takes care of various financial tasks.

Youth Support Worker Paul Sharp
Paul works as a mentor, providing one to one support to the vulnerable young people that we work with. Paul also helps in supervising the Drop:In and specialises in running team building sessions.

Youth Support Worker Harry Barrett
Harry helps in supervising the Drop:In and specialises in music production. Harry works as a professional MC outside of JUMP and brings his skills to the Drop:In and helps young people to pursue their musical ambitions.

BME Youth Support Worker Pavlina
Pavlina with Paul organises and carries out JUMP's work with the BME community. She helps create relationships with the community, organises BME drop:ins and works as a BME targeted mentor.
